(1) The functions, duties and powers of the National Council shall be as follows:-

(a) Policy of Nepal Scout and determining the program.

(b) Giving instructions and guidance to the National Executive Committee.

(d) To make necessary rules regarding the operation of Nepal Scout. : 30px;">(e) To evaluate the work performance of Nepal Scout.

(f) To discuss and pass the annual program and report presented in the meeting of the National Council. To do.

(g) To appoint an auditor to audit the accounts of Nepal Scout and fix the remuneration.

(h) To carry out other work as specified for the fulfillment of the purpose of Nepal Scout.

(2) The National Council may seek advice from any domestic or foreign expert or consultant if it deems necessary.
